Requirements

  • Undergraduate level design education
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the sporting goods, fashion, or design industry
  • Strong foundation and advanced experience in creative development
  • Deep product design knowledge with credible expertise in footwear design
  • High proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft applications, AI-enabled design tools, and 3D software
  • Language skills: English (fluent required); Japanese (preferred); Korean (preferred)
