About the role

  • Drive across-category Tactical Procurement activity for Emerging Markets
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to team
  • Support E2E process improvement
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Supervise operations and deliver SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Guarantee compliance and propose initiatives for improvement
  • Manage special projects and ensure cooperation with local teams

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • 5 years of strategical and/or Tactical purchases
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Proven knowledge on leadership and results orientation
  • Interpersonal skills and English oral/written communication
  • Experience with ERPs, ideally with SAP / Ariba
  • Other languages are a plus.
