About the role
- Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
- Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment
- Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
- Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
Requirements
- Solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position
- Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
