About the role
- Provide order management and support to the Sales Team
- Execute Customer Service strategy
- Deliver performance levels as outlined in the adidas group standards
- Insert accurately customer pre-orders in the system
- Call off existing contract orders and insert clearance orders
- Process and send out order confirmations
- Adjust order book according to delivery information and inform customers and sales team on delays
- Collect reactively re-orders for Customers
- Generate & compile inventory data to ensure healthy stock levels
- Monitor article drops and shipment tracking
Requirements
- > 3 years experience in Order Management, Inventory Management, and Customer Service
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Studies / Logistics Management
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, adiRace ERP, adiPortal
- English – Advanced, Local Language - Fluent
