About the role
- Manage franchise store merchandising planning and buying
- Conduct historical analysis and prepare pre-season buying plan
- Develop right assortment for franchisee partners
- Lead sales performance analysis and provide in-season tracking reports
- Give insights for seasonal analysis review
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience
- At least 2-3 years buying related experience
- Degree in Business/Marketing Management preferred
- Intermediate in IT Outlook
- Advanced in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong numerical / analytical skills
- Fluent in local language, advanced in English
- Preferably experience in retail/apparel/FMCG/White goods
