Requirements
- At least 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting
- 12+ months of team leadership or Assistant Store Management experience
- A natural leader who thrives on motivating and developing others
- Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising knowledge, and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills and a data-driven mindset
- Confident communicator with strong English language skills
- Passion for people, product, and performance
