About the role
- You contribute to the store’s profitability by: Achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinating your team to deliver a unique shopping experience.
- Assuming the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators and adjusting to ensure commercial success.
- Allocating resources and organizing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Creating a customer-centric culture and embodying adidas values.
- Supervising and coaching the team to ensure optimal service and develop talent.
- Maintaining Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Managing deliveries, stockroom and restocking to ensure immediate product availability.
- Implementing loss prevention procedures and ensuring a secure environment.
- Participating in recruitment, onboarding and training of team members.
- Opening and closing the store independently.
Requirements
- Retail experience and team management (minimum 2 years).
- Good understanding of KPIs and commercial challenges.
- Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Passion for sport and the adidas brand.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Minimum degree: Bac +2 (equivalent to Associate’s degree or higher).
