About the role
- Join the Merchandising Planning and Consumer Insights team and help amplify the voice of the North America consumer
- Support the creation of tools, processes, and insights that strengthen the merchandising strategy across all business units
- Manage projects by conducting research, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high quality delivery using planning and project management processes
- Track project life cycles and prepare regular updates for senior leadership
- Perform business and operational analyses to support informed decision making
- Source, implement, and analyze consumer insights in partnership with global teams, business development, and external partners
- Create compelling storytelling through presentations, research summaries, and communication tools for merchandising leadership
Requirements
- Four year degree or equivalent experience (psychology, data analytics, marketing, or merchandising a plus)
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience
- Experience in project management required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
