About the role

  • Lead the product and brand strategy for key categories within Dick's Sporting Goods
  • Guide sell in and sell through, partner with merchandising and retail activation teams
  • Deliver sustainable, profitable growth for adidas at Dick’s Sporting Goods
  • Develop data informed sales plans that align account goals with brand and category objectives
  • Shape category direction and partner across marketing and retail teams
  • Collaborate across teams and build relationships with key account partners
  • Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting, and manage compliance, credit claims, and account related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum eight years of field sales experience, preferably with key accounts in consumer goods or sporting goods
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent
  • Ability to lift and carry samples up to 25 lbs
