About the role
- Support seamless running of IT services and project delivery across a specific adidas market
- Engage in continual improvement initiatives and collaborate with service owners
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and communications
- Monitor and log service levels in accordance with service agreements
- Manage smaller infrastructure projects ensuring timely execution
- Engage with local vendors for compliance and performance monitoring
- Oversee external vendor incident management and compliance with ITIL standards
- Investigate problems in systems and processes, assisting with solutions
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- At least 3 years of experience in IT
- 1 year of experience in a relevant area
