About the role

  • Contribute to seamless running of IT services (day to day support)
  • Manage project delivery (opening, closing & revamp activities)
  • Support service quality of all end user services (e.g. Connectivity, Service Desk, Onsite Support and End Device Management)
  • Participate with Domain Product Owners and Business Partners on Infrastructure related project and support service
  • Collaborate in continual improvement initiatives and support in stakeholder engagement/communications
  • Monitor service levels and provide performance metrics
  • Engage with vendors for compliance and incident management
  • Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services

Requirements

  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • At least 3-year experience in IT
  • 1 year of experience in relevant area
