About the role
- Contribute to seamless running of IT services (day to day support)
- Manage project delivery (opening, closing & revamp activities)
- Support service quality of all end user services (e.g. Connectivity, Service Desk, Onsite Support and End Device Management)
- Participate with Domain Product Owners and Business Partners on Infrastructure related project and support service
- Collaborate in continual improvement initiatives and support in stakeholder engagement/communications
- Monitor service levels and provide performance metrics
- Engage with vendors for compliance and incident management
- Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- At least 3-year experience in IT
- 1 year of experience in relevant area
