About the role
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
- Be a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain Visual Merchandising standards

Requirements
- Solid retail sales background with proven track record of success
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement
- Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
