About the role

  • Support the execution of the product and assortment strategy for the eCOM channel
  • Create weekly online product insight reports and present findings during digital trade meetings
  • Monitor online product performance, highlighting bestsellers, underperformers, and stock-outs with recommended actions
  • Review ATP availability and replenishment needs weekly, suggesting top-ups or markdowns
  • Support in building the eCOM assortments for Inline seasonal ranges, GFO, and clearance product
  • Support the eCOM team on digital campaign execution
  • Work closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, and CX teams to plan online product launches
  • Conduct seasonal competitor comp shops
  • Maintain awareness of global trends and consumer behaviour
  • Partner closely with concept stores and teams to ensure accurate representation of product online
  • Manage the local production process
  • Coordinate product shoots, including sample readiness, styling direction, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3 – 4+ years of working experience within a Buying Department of a medium-large size retail/ecommerce organization
  • Excellent understanding of range & assortment building
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong presenting skills
  • Ability to use MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure.
