About the role

  • Build a diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, scheduling, coaching and motivating team members while leading by example to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Take initiative and be proactive in your own development and that of your team by completing all applicable training and applying it effectively in store.
  • Create and lead a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing data and trends to review and challenge the status quo, and addressing identified areas for improvement to maximize store profitability.
  • Oversee and manage all store operational tasks, such as visual merchandising processes, replenishment and stock procedures.
  • Ensure that all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a premium, optimal sales experience for our customers and a positive working environment for the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in the sports or fashion retail sector in a Store Manager / Store Director role.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising, stock management and team development skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills to maximize store profitability and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to make effective decisions, understand store needs and act accordingly.
  • Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate team members to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Fluent English (C1).
