About the role
- Execute CRM strategies to recruit, retain, engage and recall members and enable online business.
- Manage the day-to-day online CRM operations and support platform implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Set and monitor key business KPI, regularly analyzing data to track progress and identify areas for improvement and subsequent actions.
- Cross-functionally coordinate with internal stakeholders to design CRM mechanics, also working with local / global teams to ensure the high quality and timely project delivery.
- Work closely with the external service agency on daily operations and campaign management to ensure maximum results are achieved and high-quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM operation or ECOM business, CRM agency experience is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
