About the role
- Responsible for Supply Chain Management/Fulfillment activities
- Ensure adidas brand building products are available on the shelf and online
- Communication and close collaboration with European commercial functions
- Working cross-functionally with Europe Supply Chain Management and Commercial Stakeholders
- Control on time delivery to approx. 17.000 wholesale customers
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing team
- Build and maintain knowledge of adidas products
- Share, promote and create awareness of brand building activities
- Develop reporting tools to provide insights
- Address management inquiries and provide customized analytics
- Lead proactively meetings with other functions
- Create and align Launch Game Plan
- Ensure correct order and delivery management
- Communicate Key Performance Indicator results
- Manage ongoing adidas Group projects
- Effectively manage the zone's rising complexity
Requirements
- Higher education, university degree (BA/MA) or equivalent
- 3-5 years working experience in Logistics/Operations and/or Commercial functions
- Good skills in ERP (SAP AFS, SAP S4) and Power BI
- Strong user in Microsoft Office applications – specifically Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
