About the role
- Ensures overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met
- Supports the store manager by implementing and maintaining staff structure
- Assists the store manager by evaluating employees’ performance
- Manage IR matters and ensure handling of employee concerns
- Effectively utilize customer service and communication to develop staff
- Assure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines
- Resolving customer complaints

Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- 4+ years of retail experience
