About the role
- Manage franchise store merchandising planning and buying.
- Pre-Season Merchandise Planning: Develop buy plan and provide proposals.
- Conduct historical analysis and monitor buying quantity.
- Lead sales performance analysis and provide in-season tracking reports.
- Post-Season Review: Give insights for seasonal analysis.
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience.
- At least 2-3 years buying related experience.
- Degree in Business/Marketing Management preferred.
- Strong numerical / Analytical skills.
- IT Outlook: Intermediate Word, Advanced Excel, Advanced Powerpoint.
- Advanced English, Fluent in Local Language.
