About the role
- Working within the Sales function on key accounts and development team
- Cover a number of operational and marketing topics to support teams across UK and EU territories
- Build upon digital and in store initiatives
- Drive new ideas and assist on implementation of project work
- Focus on unlocking new opportunities for chosen account
- Work across multiple teams and disciplines
- Dive into data analysis to identify gaps and mitigate risks
- Project management
- Support customer and user experience initiatives
- Support sales team with key sell-in milestones e.g. meeting prep, product set up
- Track, measure and drive key performance metrics to maximise sales opportunities.
- Own regular reporting to track sales opportunities and identify missed opportunities via proactive demand-based gap analysis and order book management to identify and mitigate risks.
- Workstreams will vary from commercial growth plans, marketplace mapping, digital solutions & driving strategic sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
- Candidates in the penultimate year of Bachelor's degree study (following the internship, students should have a maximum of one year to graduate).
- Available for the full duration of the internship – September 2026-September 2027
- Local to Manchester office or ability to relocate for the full duration of the internship.
- A strong passion for our brand and products is essential
- Knowledge of Ecommerce and online marketplace retailers as well as key Bricks & Mortar accounts
- Strong IT skills across all applications, particularly excel to advanced knowledge level
- Strong analytical and numerical skills including understanding key metrics (traffic, conversion, margin)
- Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
- Proactive in personal development and using initiative
- Approaches challenges with a solution focused mindset.
