About the role
- Manage costing performance of the Sourcing Liaison Offices
- Ensure execution of all standard costing processes within area of responsibilities
- Train and assist Sourcing Operations teams and T1s in the understanding and application of cost drivers
- Execute costing audits and propose improvement areas with supplier partners
- Collaborate closely with Development, Materials, and other functions within the LO and factories
Requirements
- University degree in apparel, footwear, or manufacturing
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the apparel and accessories industry with costing responsibility
- Strong understanding of product construction, manufacturing operations, and costing
- Strong analytical and systematic approach to consolidate and communicate information
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with Product Data Management Systems
