About the role

  • Perform the administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a global level
  • Direct support to the Team Lead in HR Compensation topics (HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, problem solving)
  • Be a contact person and provide professional advice, expertise and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding HR Compensation topics
  • Support calculation and ensure the correct execution of rules regarding the payout for the Short-Term Incentives programmes
  • Handle calculation and ensure the correct execution of rules regarding the monthly Retail Bonus DACH & PT
  • Timely execution of HR Compensation-related general and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with applicable policies (local, regional, or global) and work agreements
  • Preparation of data and system audits, and execution accordingly
  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of defined internal controls
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Compensation procedures, processes, and respective documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles
  • Ensure the correct execution of laws and regulations with regard to specific employee master data and organisational data according to defined procedures
  • Providing input for the communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees and internal customers
  • Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts
  • Prepare training material and carry out training on HR Compensation topics
  • Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, as well as adidas’ Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreements

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar
  • 2+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR Rewards/Compensation
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications (Advanced Excel)
