About the role
- Drive end-to-end Credit Management process for adidas Zone East Europe entities
- Manage debtor risk and balance against commercial objectives
- Lead business partner & account interactions, collections, credit analysis
- Ensure consistency on East Europe level on all aspects of O2C management
- Liaison for GBS related issues between organizations
- Monitor performance of Cash Collection and DSO
- Ensure timely collection of debts and updating of debtors ledgers
- Manage customer queries and disputes effectively
Requirements
- Qualified MICM (or equivalent)
- Minimum 7-10 years Credit Management experience within a high-volume transaction business, ideally FMCG
- Experience in ERP implementations as a clear plus
- Experience of managing and developing a team experience in a sizeable blue chip commercial business
- IT skills: SAP AFS / standard Credit software solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Experience in Credit automation solutions and associated project work as a strong plus
- Excellent computer analysis skills on a variety of platforms; SAP/MSTR an advantage
