About the role
- Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
- Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
- Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
- Lead service by example, maximizing time spent selling and leading team on the sales floor
- Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a retail store environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders at a store level
Requirements
- Retail Store Manager experience representing men’s/women’s global brand, preferably in sports
- Experience in coaching and mentoring your team
- Proven track record of success in retail leadership position
