About the role
- Manage the retail training workstream within company-wide key projects, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up.
- Take the lead of planning quarterly pre-season kick-off and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain standardized onboarding learning package including part-time staff
- Define ROIP store visiting process and checklist to ensure consistent field execution
- Standardize store opening/remodeling training process and full set of training package
- Collaborate with ROE and MW FRO team to facilitate Mystery Shopper Program landing
- Work closely with GTM team in terms of SMM/TM participation and material sharing
- Work closely with Consumer Experience team in terms of ISC toolkits and VM training materials
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments
- Process management mindset and experience are mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in training & development, learning or related fields
- Retail - related working experience is a plus
- University degree or above
- Proficient in English for business communication
- Ability to develop clear and engaging PowerPoint decks for training and business communication.
