About the role

  • Manage the retail training workstream within company-wide key projects, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up.
  • Take the lead of planning quarterly pre-season kick-off and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding learning package including part-time staff
  • Define ROIP store visiting process and checklist to ensure consistent field execution
  • Standardize store opening/remodeling training process and full set of training package
  • Collaborate with ROE and MW FRO team to facilitate Mystery Shopper Program landing
  • Work closely with GTM team in terms of SMM/TM participation and material sharing
  • Work closely with Consumer Experience team in terms of ISC toolkits and VM training materials

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments
  • Process management mindset and experience are mandatory
  • At least 3 years of experience in training & development, learning or related fields
  • Retail - related working experience is a plus
  • University degree or above
  • Proficient in English for business communication
  • Ability to develop clear and engaging PowerPoint decks for training and business communication.
