About the role
- Ensures that overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met
- Providing training to all associates
- Assisting the store manager in the development of staff
- Overseeing the daily operation of the store
- Assure adherence to adidas retail visual presentation guidelines
- Resolving customer complaints
- Assists in maintaining inventory levels
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- 4+ years of retail experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to use MS word, excel, outlook, and point of sale systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of how to supervise others.
