About the role
- Support in day-to-day operations and in exciting projects within the People & Collaboration (P&C) team
- Maintain employee data and assist with document management
- Support the maintenance and further development of the HR system Personio
- Prepare reports and HR metrics
- Create and publish job postings and communicate with applicants
- Prepare and support structured onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the office team with administrative tasks
- Participate in the planning and execution of team events
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or Social Sciences
- Ideally some initial practical experience in HR
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Initial experience with Personio is an advantage
- Structured, careful, and responsible working style
- Strong service orientation
- Clear, professional, and reliable communication in German and English
- Proactive work approach and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal sensitivity and high empathy
