• Support in day-to-day operations and in exciting projects within the People & Collaboration (P&C) team
• Maintain employee data and assist with document management
• Support the maintenance and further development of the HR system Personio
• Prepare reports and HR metrics
• Create and publish job postings and communicate with applicants
• Prepare and support structured onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support the office team with administrative tasks
• Participate in the planning and execution of team events
