About the role
- Independently manage the recruitment process for interns and working students
- Create and publish job postings
- Identify suitable candidates (e.g., CV screening)
- Manage applicants and coordinate interviews
- Research new recruiting trends
- Analyze various recruiting data, such as KPIs, surveys and forecasts
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Support the recruiting team with other day-to-day tasks and projects
Requirements
- Enrolled in the advanced phase of a Bachelor's program or at the beginning of a Master's program with coursework related to human resources
- Interest in and availability for a longer-term collaboration (minimum 1 year)
- Preferably experience in the mentioned areas through internships, other roles, projects, or similar activities
- Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, including in a virtual team
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
