About the role

  • Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.
  • Enhance customer experiences through robust and scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Implement best practices for application development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
  • Strong understanding of custom development, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
