General Counsel

• Vous pilotez les projets structurants du Groupe et de ses entreprises.
• Vous apportez un conseil stratégique et sécurisez les décisions majeures auprès des dirigeants et des équipes ressources humaines.
• Piloter le volet social des projets de transformation, de réorganisation et de restructuration en France et à l'international.
• Réaliser les audits juridiques et sociaux (due diligence) dans le cadre des opérations d'acquisition, de fusion ou de cession (M&A).
• Conseiller les directeurs RH et les dirigeants sur les problématiques complexes, les dossiers individuels ou collectifs sensibles et la gestion des situations de crise.
• Contribuer à l'évolution du modèle social commun du Groupe par une veille prospective et des analyses comparatives (benchmarks) pour proposer des solutions innovantes.
• Faciliter et structurer les négociations collectives, de la préparation de la stratégie à la rédaction des accords.
• Co-animer les instances représentatives du personnel à l'échelle européenne,nationale (Comité d'Entreprise Européen, Comité de Groupe) et/ou locales (Comité Social et Économique et ses commissions).
• Fédérer et animer la communauté Développement Social à travers nos différentes filiales.

• Prospect the international market to identify, prioritize and manage a sales pipeline
• Lead negotiations and recruit high-potential sellers to the marketplace
• Build strong relationships with new sellers and provide data-driven insights and high-quality support to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace
• Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, profitability and operational performance

• Working in collaboration with the Change Lead and the team's Change Managers, you will contribute to deploying the change management strategy.
• Depending on your profile, your tasks will include: Brand Strategy & Internal Communication — contributing to the development of the marketing and positioning of our change support offering (visual identity, action plan).
• Produce impactful content in English (articles, visual materials, newsletters) for the deliverables of the overall change plan.
• Change governance & activation: Support the Change representatives of international Business Units (BUs) to adapt initiatives and programs to local contexts.
