About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare international workshops (meetings between product teams from the group's different Business Units)
Coordinate the follow-up and analyze calls for tender (acting as the interface between suppliers and ADEO brand contacts)
Coordinate supplier relations via our purchasing offices
Support the Purchasing Specialist in daily tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are pursuing a Bac+4/5 level degree (equivalent to fourth- or fifth-year) in Business or Purchasing and are looking for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.
You have a strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel and Google Sheets
You are comfortable with presentation tools (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
You have a minimum B2 level in English
You are curious, a strong team player and enjoy taking on challenges
