About the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers
- Generate PCS Caregiver referrals
- Educate physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities about personal Home Care Services
- Conduct pre-discharge hospital visits to determine need
- Build relationships with the community for referrals
- Responsible for maintaining and documenting marketing expenditures
- Assist with public relations outreach
Requirements
- Minimum two years healthcare experience in a sales marketing role preferably home health, Hospice or related industry
- Ability to create a successful and meaningful marketing strategy for assigned territory
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Organized and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Non-degree candidates with prior supervisory experience in home health, Hospice or other healthcare related industry will be considered
- Willing to travel
