Product Manager

• Own and develop the roadmap for the personal safety product portfolio
• Translate customer needs, market insight and technical opportunities into clear priorities
• Manage the portfolio end to end, including new offerings, market introductions, lifecycle, quality and profitability
• Grow personal alarm, alarm handling and communication offerings
• Identify opportunities for new products, services and markets
• Own user experience across apps, alarm handling interfaces and customer workflows
• Work with UX, R&D and real users to create fast, clear and reliable solutions
• Collaborate with R&D from concept and requirements through testing, launch and continuous improvement
• Write clear product requirements that can be estimated and delivered
• Lead market introductions with Sales, Marketing, Operations and country teams
• Manage positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement and launch materials
• Support expansion in the UK and Germany, including regulatory and compliance requirements such as Martyn's Law
• Track revenue, margin, adoption and other product performance indicators
• Support priorities and business cases involving recurring revenue, hardware margin and total cost of ownership
• Drive digital initiatives including customer-facing tools and installation, commissioning and support solutions
• Represent AddSecure at trade fairs and industry events
• Report to the Product Director for Safety Solutions and collaborate with Product Managers and international teams
