  • Experience designing for financial products or retail campaigns
  • Strong intuition for how design decisions affect trust and conversion
  • Generalist versatility in designing various campaigns
  • Proven experience using AI tools as an active part of the design process
  • Strong taste and aesthetic judgment to evaluate AI-generated output
  • Experience building or operationalizing a design system for campaign or brand use
