Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, guiding prospective clients through technical and business evaluations of Addepar’s platform
Engage directly with private banks, wealth managers, multi-family offices, and institutional clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia
Partner with Sales and Solution teams to craft compelling client narratives and tailored demonstrations
Support and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires
Design and lead tailored Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements: load sample data, model real-world use cases, and develop custom demo environments
Help draft Statements of Work (SOW), delivery timelines, and budget estimates in collaboration with Professional Services, Implementation, and Legal
Ensure awareness and compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines) and partner with internal stakeholders on data handling and cross-border considerations
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-facing language and communicate competitive differentiators of Addepar’s architecture
Provide real-time feedback from the field to influence product development and roadmap priorities for APAC-specific use cases
Build foundational sales engineering processes, playbooks, and collateral to support future growth in the region
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial services or financial technology, ideally with exposure to wealth management, investment platforms, or SaaS deployments
Prior experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, client onboarding, product management, or technical consulting
Deep familiarity with investment data, portfolio management concepts, and multi-asset class reporting
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders across technical levels
Proactive, self-directed mindset; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and building from scratch
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones; prior experience supporting clients in Asia-Pacific is a plus
Familiarity with technical tools such as SQL, Python, APIs, or cloud infrastructure is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is a plus
Awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks in Singapore and the broader region (e.g., MAS guidelines, client data handling, cross-border data transfer considerations)
