• Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus) – Own accountability for identifying, pursuing, and closing consulting engagements. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large-scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients
• Build Enterprise Client Relationships – Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite executives and board members. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE strategically across business units, and drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling
• Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Own responsibility for major transformation programs. Define methodologies, ensure client priorities are addressed, and deliver measurable business impact while maintaining profitability targets
• AI-Driven Business Solutions – Position AI as a core differentiator in sales conversations. Identify high-value opportunities where AI enhances decision-making and operations. Develop case studies and thought leadership to support the sales pipeline
• Scale & Mentor Teams – Develop high-performing consulting teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence and entrepreneurial mindset
• Drive Thought Leadership – Author frameworks and case studies that establish ADAPTOVATE as a market leader. Speak at industry events and generate inbound demand through visibility and partnerships
