About the role

  • Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop and XERO (experience desired, not mandatory)
  • Handle reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP management, and month-end close
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Track expenses, income, AR/AP, and general ledger
  • Prepare financial data for reviews and decision-making
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders in English

Requirements

  • Certified Accountant (non-negotiable)
  • QuickBooks Online and Desktop and Xero experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time and independently
  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and process-oriented
