Network Engineer

• The Sr Network Engineer is responsible for the overall technical architecture, design, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of network-related infrastructure both physical and virtual.
• This individual is a thought leader in research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure services with a specific focus on network communications.
• This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders as well as other IT teams to ensure that the overall Adaptive business computing infrastructure enables business goals.
• The Sr Network Engineer contributes to the overall technology roadmap.
• Manage and maintain Adaptive networks and systems.
• Design and configure monitoring systems, maintaining system integrity and availability.
• Perform regular security and job monitoring.
• Develop and implement automated systems to report and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Provide support for reactive issues as needed.

Senior Network Engineer

Security Engineer

• Serve as subject matter expert on information security, guiding cross-functional partners and leading enterprise-wide risk committees and security reviews.
• Participate in the definition and evolution of Adaptive’s cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and GRC roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain security reference architecture across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
• Drive the development and implementation of security policies and ISMS practices, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, TX-RAMP, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Lead internal and external audits and certification efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, Privacy, and Engineering to design and implement layered security controls across identity, access, network, endpoint, application, and data environments. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to strengthen Adaptive’s security architecture.
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and monitor key indicators to identify and remediate non-compliance.
• Support customer audits, contract negotiations, and third-party risk management.
• Lead the assessment, management and response efforts for incidents, vulnerabilities, and other security events.
• Ensure effective deployment and optimization of security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM), ensuring controls meet GRC requirements and business needs.
• Lead control testing, continuous monitoring, and third-party penetration testing engagements.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, dashboards and reporting to measure the effectiveness of information security program activities.
• Translate technical risks into business impact for non-technical stakeholders and support customer audits and inquiries.

Senior Manager, Information Security

Director

• Set the payer strategy and vision for identified national and regional payer accounts; lead medical policy, coverage, and contracting approaches to expand access to clonoSEQ and future diagnostic tests developed by Adaptive.
• Own the contract lifecycle with identified national and regional payers: negotiate, close, implement, and drive pull through-with clear operational handoffs and KPIs.
• Integrate Adaptive solutions into payer value based care programs and clinical pathways; design pilots with payers and scale proven models across geographies and lines of business.
• Build and deepen multilevel payer relationships (medical policy, contracting, clinical programs, HTAs/LBMs) and with organizations that influence payer decisions.
• Develop account strategies for assigned payer targets; coach and direct the team to maximize coverage, pricing, and utilization outcomes.
• Create contracting plans and forecasts; perform rate/volume/ROI modeling that reflects regulatory requirements and reimbursement risk scenarios.
• Lead cross functional initiatives with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Reimbursement Operations, Legal & Compliance, Sales and Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Regulatory/Quality, Data Analytics, and Account Operations.
• Serve as executive point of contact for complex negotiations, aligning multiple decision makers and senior leadership to accelerate time to close.
• Provide voice of payer insights to internal teams on policy trends, contract performance, denials drivers, and service levels; initiate corrective actions and content updates.
• Partner with Field Sales/Strategic Accounts to align regional plans, deliver reimbursement training, identify KoL advocates for payer policy support, and enable adoption within assigned integrated healthcare systems.
• Plan and host payer engagements (executive briefings, lab/site visits, advisory sessions); represent Adaptive at industry meetings, trade shows, and scientific forums.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, scientific, and competitive developments and incorporate learnings into strategy, pricing, and external positioning.
• Resolve payer account issues, mobilizing internal experts to remove barriers to coverage, pricing, and adjudication; escalate systemic issues with action plans.
• Cultivate strategic external relationships (payer trade associations, professional societies, disease management organizations, employer/broker channels) to shape policy and pathway adoption.
• Track and report performance (policy wins, contracts executed, covered lives, ASP/denial trends, cycle times) and adjust tactics based on results.

Senior Director, National Payer Accounts

Account Manager

• Establish effective territory strategies which further Adaptive’s goals in select targeted key accounts by developing account-specific business plans which prioritize and leverage internal resources.
• Identify, develop and maintain high-value relationships with KOLs, oncologist’s, hospitals and core labs.
• Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects and opportunities.
• Build a comprehensive knowledge of customers and prospects including the overall market, customer needs, personnel and responsibilities, budgeting, knowing their funding processes and the competition.
• Demonstrate knowledge of, access to, and the ability to influence all key stakeholders in targeted accounts. (Oncologists, BMT, Hematology Pathologist, Executive Leadership, Lab personnel, etc.)
• Attend identified relevant national/reginal/local education meetings and conferences, maximizing opportunities at these events to deepen and expand the credibility of Adaptive.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations: close initial business, follow-up and identify repeat business while building a network of referrals.
• Facilitate negotiation of sales opportunities within company-established parameters, including associated purchase orders and/or quotations.
• Participate in/facilitate account agreements, educational programs, training and customer support efforts working with Adaptive’s internal partners. (Clinical Services, Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, etc.)
• Coordinate and communicate sales activities and strategies to management while defining resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain all account/contact details within Customer Relationship Management database (SFDC).
• Utilize sales tracking tools to effectively monitor and direct customer purchase activities.
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates.
• Satisfy all product and technology training requirements as established by management.
• Comply with all Federal and State laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Adaptive’s activities.
• Business travel, by air, train or car is required for regular internal and external business meetings.
