About the role

  • Develop and support strategic processes to optimize Supply Chain & Operations.
  • Create operational and executive metrics to increase performance visibility and drive continuous improvement.
  • Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a usable format for decision-making.
  • Identify data gaps, create business requirements, and collaborate with various teams to ensure sustained improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to drive business decisions on process improvement.
  • Generate automatic scripts to define anomalies and identify fixes.
  • Support projects from start to finish including data gathering and communication of insights.
  • Analyze large data sets using Snowflake, ETL, Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python.
  • Prepare workflow and presentations by partnering with multiple teams to improve projects.
  • Develop feedback loops and business processes across the network.

Requirements

  • Two (2) to Five (5) years of related experience as an analyst in business analysis, supply chain or operations
  • BS or BA degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Operations is required
  • Possesses extensive knowledge regarding data modeling and exposure to simulation
  • Experience developing Optimization Models to answer complex business questions and support ongoing decision-making.
  • Experienced with managing change and driving change through the organization.
