About the role

Develop and support strategic processes to optimize Supply Chain & Operations.
Create operational and executive metrics to increase performance visibility and drive continuous improvement.
Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a usable format for decision-making.
Identify data gaps, create business requirements, and collaborate with various teams to ensure sustained improvement.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to drive business decisions on process improvement.
Generate automatic scripts to define anomalies and identify fixes.
Support projects from start to finish including data gathering and communication of insights.
Analyze large data sets using Snowflake, ETL, Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python.
Prepare workflow and presentations by partnering with multiple teams to improve projects.
Develop feedback loops and business processes across the network.

Two (2) to Five (5) years of related experience as an analyst in business analysis, supply chain or operations
BS or BA degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Operations is required
Possesses extensive knowledge regarding data modeling and exposure to simulation
Experience developing Optimization Models to answer complex business questions and support ongoing decision-making.
Experienced with managing change and driving change through the organization.
