About the role
- The Manager of Operational Excellence plays a key role in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events to drive change and improvement
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement process automation solutions
- Provide coaching and guidance to teams on CI principles and Lean techniques
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (7+ years of facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, Lean, or operational strategy work)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience in applying Lean principles, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies
- Ability to support and drive multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on project facilitation and coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and facilitate group discussions
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools to support project tracking and communication
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization to help track the success of improvement initiatives.
