• Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to drive volume growth, maximize margin performance, and expand market share.
• Develop and maintain customer project pipeline.
• Develop account plans for customers to deliver annual volume and profitability targets.
• Provide accurate forecasts based on customer demand.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to add value and drive growth.
• Maintain and further develop relationships with existing customer base.
• Establish and maintain new customers by building relationships with key stakeholders in Procurement, R&D and other departments.
• Represent Adams at trade events.
