About the role
- As a Senior Engineer, give valuable input on the features developed and the technical foundations of systems.
- Empathize with direct customers and end-users to solve problems on the roadmap.
- Execute on the ambitious product roadmap by creating and implementing technical designs.
- Actively participate in leveling-up current development practices.
- Champion a high-quality bar on the work by reviewing the team’s code, providing insightful feedback, and fostering a collaborative community.
- Ensure the team is providing the best AI Agent platform experience by staying close to customer feedback and collaborating with product and design partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer (with a strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript experience).
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch and in-memory stores such as Redis.
- Experience working on AI projects with 3rd party LLM providers, such as OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs for external developers.
- Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly, explaining not just the “what” but the “why” behind architectural choices, trade-offs, and implementation details.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing.
