  • As a Senior Engineer, your job is not just to write the code, but to give valuable input on the features we develop and the technical foundations of our systems.
  • You must empathize with our direct customers, and end users who will interact with the AI agents we power, to think about the best ways to solve the problems on our roadmap.
  • Execute on our ambitious analytics product roadmap by creating and implementing technical designs that incorporate resilient architecture with a high volume of analytics data, key performance concerns such as latency, and product success criteria considerations.
  • Active participant in levelling-up our current development practices.
  • Champion a high-quality bar on our work by reviewing the team’s code, providing insightful feedback, and fostering a collaborative community within the engineering organization.
  • Ensure that the team is providing the best AI Agent platform experience by staying close to the customer feedback, internal team pain points and close collaboration with our product and design partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer (with a strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript. React experience)
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies (Redshift, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse or similar) and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
  • Excited to work with data end-to-end, from designing scalable schemas and data models to building features that surface meaningful insights for our customers.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (DataDog, Grafana, or similar)
  • Are excited by ambiguity - you’re comfortable shaping the path forward alongside product and design
  • Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly, explaining not just the “what” but the “why” behind architectural choices, trade-offs, and implementation details
  • Proven experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing.
