About the role

  • Own the strategic value narrative for high-impact deals, aligning our solutions to C-level business priorities.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder discovery and solution framing, guiding internal teams on best practices in consultative selling.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to refine value propositions and competitive positioning across key verticals.
  • Coach junior team members on building persuasive, value-based business cases that connect technical capabilities to measurable ROI.
  • Architect AI-driven proof-of-concepts and solution frameworks that illustrate transformative value for enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities and craft go-to-market narratives around emerging AI capabilities.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Influence product direction through structured client feedback and solution validation.
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to deliver compelling RFP responses, tailored demos, and technical proof points.
  • Take ownership of technical strategy across major opportunities, driving measurable revenue impact.
  • Champion a competitive mindset within the team, continuously refining how we win deals and communicate value.
  • Develop playbooks, demo frameworks, and best practices that scale the impact of the Presales function.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership forums to elevate our market presence.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering support.
  • Proven track record of winning deals by effectively communicating value and differentiation.
  • Expertise in developing high-impact, technically complex demos that showcase product value for enterprise clients.
  • Ability to contribute to broad strategic sales and product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models, and their business applications.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, Hubspot), and integration methodologies.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Committed to enabling and leveling-up the presales team and broader sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
