About the role
- Manage comprehensive internal and external communications and marketing plans aligned with Ad Hoc's mission
- Identify and create compelling campaigns and content that articulate Ad Hoc's value
- Partner with teams to develop campaign funnels and run integrated marketing initiatives
- Implement metrics, analysis, and reporting across communication and marketing activities
- Oversee content development for communications channels including leadership presentations and newsletters
- Advocate for effective, brand-aligned communications throughout the organization
- Serve as primary supervisor for Marketing and Communications team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience
- Experience in federal technology marketing, technology marketing, government contracting market, and/or other business-to-government (B2G) marketing, including knowledge of government marketing compliance
- Prior marketing experience at service or consulting companies and experience with Salesforce
- Experienced with media campaigns via LinkedIn, email marketing, and content marketing
- Familiarity with Human Centered Design, User Research, Product Management, Agile Software Development, and government contracting (inclusive of media, events and key organizations)
- Strong writing, public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and results and impact focused
- Writing samples available upon request
