• Monitor global regulatory developments related to product safety, chemicals, environmental compliance, labeling, packaging, and reporting requirements
• Interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical guidance for Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, and Legal teams
• Serve as the subject matter expert on product compliance, safety standards, restricted substances, and regulatory reporting obligations
• Partner with product teams to identify compliance risks, establish mitigation strategies, and support commercialization decisions
• Define regulatory compliance standards, testing requirements, documentation expectations, and risk-based escalation frameworks
• Oversee regulatory documentation processes, including technical files, declarations of conformity, registrations, notifications, and audit support
• Provide training, tools, and resources that strengthen organizational compliance capabilities and regulatory awareness
• Advise business leaders on emerging regulatory risks and opportunities, balancing compliance requirements with commercial objectives
