About the role
- Own and evolve the TIC integration playbook, defining what we integrate, when, and how
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure milestones are met and priorities stay aligned
- Act as the connective tissue across functional teams, building relationships, trust and alignment
- Learn from each integration and incorporate improvements into our playbook going forward
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and help teams solve problems quickly
- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership
- Other work duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior integration experience not required, but prior experience in leading or supporting M&A transactions from sourcing to integration is considered an asset
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Strong relationship builder who can influence without direct authority
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to bring teams together
- Interest in operations and how the business runs end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through
- Clear, confident communicator
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
