About the role

  • Oversee various aspects of human resources practices and processes
  • Manage activities such as employee relations, performance management, benefits, and other HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Own the development, maintenance, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
  • Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, terminations, and conflict resolution
  • Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and external assessments
  • Assist with coordination of company‑wide events, celebrations, and initiatives

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a general HR focus role
  • Bachelors degree in Human resources, Organizational development, Business administration
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Effective communication across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
