About the role
- Oversee various aspects of human resources practices and processes
- Manage activities such as employee relations, performance management, benefits, and other HR processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Own the development, maintenance, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, terminations, and conflict resolution
- Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and external assessments
- Assist with coordination of company‑wide events, celebrations, and initiatives
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a general HR focus role
- Bachelors degree in Human resources, Organizational development, Business administration
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Effective communication across all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
