About the role
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising and paid social media campaigns across platforms like AdRoll ABM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Spotify, and others.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to ensure alignment with target KPIs.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, audience insights, and macro-economic trends to maximize ROI.
- Create and deliver detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve maximum impact.
- Work closely with Communications, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and external agencies to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive pipeline.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Manage an ongoing product overview webinar series; coordinating speakers, promotion, recordings, and reporting via our On24 platform.
- Manage syndication campaigns, including launching, monitoring, optimization, and reporting, utilizing platforms like BrightTALK and TechTarget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid advertising and paid social media, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as AdRoll ABM (or similar), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, Spotify Ads Manager, etc.
- 1+ years of experience running webinar programs using On24 or similar platforms.
- Experience working with Tableau and Excel for data insights and report generation.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms, to develop audience segments and track cross-channel performance.
- Proven track record managing syndication campaigns on platforms like BrightTALK, TechTarget, or similar channels.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets, identify trends and make data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills tailored to a variety of audiences, including members of the C-suite, marketing colleagues, and prospects and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive team member who is passionate about identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement and expansion and is capable of initiating new projects and driving them to completion.
- Exceptional project management skills, experience working with multiple teams and agencies.
