About the role
- Participate in a two-year rotational Supply Chain Leadership Program with six-month rotations
- Work on projects across Distribution Operations, Sourcing/Product Engineering, Focused Factory
- Gain exposure to Logistics, New Product Introduction, Supplier Development, Continuous Improvement, Engineering
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Engage in specialized onboarding, mentorship, networking events, and leadership report-outs
- Share rotational learnings and receive performance reviews to identify strengths and growth areas
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to travel up to 20%
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes (highly preferred)
- Team-oriented with a drive to take initiative (highly preferred)
- Less than two years of related work experience (highly preferred)
